We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the full life cycle of multiple commercial construction projects. This role requires a proactive leader who can manage Superintendents, Project Coordinators, and Project Accountants while maintaining control over budgets, schedules, quality, and client communication.

What You’ll Do
- Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned construction projects, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and safety standards.
- Supervise and support Superintendents to ensure efficient site execution and compliance with company expectations.
- Collaborate with building owners, architects, and engineers to define project scope and build-out requirements.
- Develop and manage detailed construction schedules using Microsoft Project and monitor progress against key milestones.
- Coordinate permitting, zoning entitlements, and plan approvals with city and municipal officials.
- Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts for accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare estimates, budgets, and change orders while tracking financial performance and project costs.
- Manage subcontractor and vendor relationships, including contracts, deliverables, and performance expectations.
- Conduct site visits to verify progress, resolve field issues, and maintain quality control.
- Review and approve monthly billing, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
- Oversee completion of punch lists and project closeout activities.
- Provide weekly progress updates and owner reports, keeping leadership informed of project status and challenges.
- Lead internal project meetings and ensure accountability across Superintendents, Project Coordinators, and Project Accountants.

What You Bring to the Team
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing commercial construction projects.
- Proven experience leading field Superintendents and internal project teams.
- Strong knowledge of scheduling, estimating, budgeting, and documentation.
- Proficiency in project management software such as RedTeam and Microsoft Project.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with self-storage or metal building construction is a plus.
- Willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings.
