Rapid Construction Solutions is seeking an experienced and dependable Superintendent with a strong background in commercial construction, specifically concrete and steel projects. This role is responsible for overseeing daily field operations, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with schedules and budgets.
As a Superintendent, you will serve as the on-site leader and primary point of contact between owners, project teams, and subcontractors. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and hands-on construction knowledge to successfully drive projects from start to completion.

What You’ll Do
- Oversee daily construction site operations and ensure work is performed according to plans, specifications, and safety standards.
- Consult with building owners and project stakeholders to understand build-out requirements and expectations.
- Serve as the primary on-site liaison between owners, Project Managers, subcontractors, and field personnel.
- Develop, manage, and enforce construction schedules and timelines to ensure project milestones and deadlines are met.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel throughout all phases of construction.
- Assist with estimating labor, materials, and job costs as needed.
- Implement cost-effective construction methods and field management practices to support project budgets.
- Maintain daily logs documenting jobsite activities, progress, and issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Provide regular project status updates to owners and internal teams.
- Conduct project walkthroughs and turnover meetings, including aftercare instructions, upon project completion.
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction, with a focus on concrete and steel projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and field operations.
- Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and trades while maintaining quality and schedule.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience coordinating schedules, manpower, and materials in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of project budgets and cost control at the field level.
- Willingness to travel throughout Florida and the Eastern United States as required.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to operate company vehicles.
